Job Description:

Follow and update the annual Manpower plan.

Responsible for full recruitment cycle for White & Blue collars.

Suggest proper media for approaching the right calibers.

Post new vacancies.

Create a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Screen the potential candidates.

Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.

Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.

Document interviews results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.

Attending Job Fairs.

Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (HR certificate is preferred).

1-3 years of experience in the recruitment field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong awareness of recruitment process (white & blue collars).

Professional user of MS Office applications.

Very good command of English (spoken and written).
